How do I request a refund? If you would like a refund of your meeting registration please email us. Cancellations received by email or fax (703-528-3546) by October 15 will be eligible for a refund. After October 15, registrants are no longer eligible for refunds or credits. A $35 processing fee is applied against all registration fees refunded. Registration fees will not be refunded to presenters who cancel their participation on the program. Refunds will be processed after the meeting. |
