The manuscripts here are works-in-progress. The authors have made them available for download and would appreciate comments or suggestions.

Note: For users who have Microsoft Word 97 or more recent, the MS Word option is preferred for preserving the author's formatting. When choosing the Rich Text (rtf) format, the downloaded file may not open automatically on your computer. Instead, save the file to your hard disk, open your word processor, and from within the word processing program locate the file and open it. Simply double-clicking on an rtf file may cause the computer to warn that it cannot find the appropriate program to open the file. Opening from within your word processor should work.
