Forcing an Element to Static

Elements may be ‘Forced Static’, overriding other settings when either of the following programmatic conditions are met.

A valid 'KeepCacheTimeSpan' attribute is passed to 'ct-render-named-element.cfm'

A render handler (or any other custom code called by the element) may explicitly set 'Request.Element.IsStatic=1'
