CommonSpot requires that you select URLs when specifying a link in any of the CommonSpot dialogs, always choose the link. If you specify URLs by hand, CommonSpot will not be able to fix up links if a page changes state from dynamic to static or vice versa. Instead. Always make sure to select URLs through the CommonSpot Choose or Choose Page options.
