Manage Full Text Search Collections

You can manage CommonSpot collections on a site-wide basis, or for individual subsites. To manage collections across all subsites, expand the Utilities pane of the Site Administration left panel and click Manage Full-Text Search Collections. The Manage Search Collections dialog displays.

Create collections from this dialog, then click a link in the Subsite Count column to assign subsite members to that collections.

To manage collections through CommonSpot, the search service must be running on the server. Use Server Administration - Utilities - Check Full-Text Engine Configuration configuration to test and verify your search configuration.
