Support Access
To most effectively request and use Support resources you need to set up your site.
Before using Support options:
- Designate and Register Support Users at your site. Accessing the PaperThin Support site requires authentication.
- Check available Support Points. These are credits for dedicated support time, issued as part of your CommonSpot licensing or subscription agreement.
- Verify that your environment supports a direct connection to PaperThin Support.
