Insert Row
To insert a row, click the Insert/Copy Row(s) menu item to display the Insert Row dialog. The way in which you insert a row is similar to the way in which you insert a column.
- Insert row(s) - Specify in the drop-down box whether you want new rows to appear above or below the current row.
- Number of rows to insert - Choose the number of new rows to insert,
- Copy Current row - Lets you duplicate the current row. You now have three choices: None, which means do not include layout or content; Just Layout, which means only include layout properties; or Layout and Data , which means include layout properties and content.
- Empty row - Select this option if you do not want to copy anything from the current row into new rows.
When you are done, click Save.
