Fellowship Amount: $2,000.00
Application deadlines: April 1, September 1, December 1, annually Eligibility: Graduate or post-graduate students with Ph.D. granted in the past five years from a North American college or university. Past fellows of the Wiener Laboratory and recent recipients (within the last three years) of Travel Grants are not eligible. Purpose: To allow individuals to conduct a research project involving archaeological science in Greece. Preference will be given to new, rather than continuing, research. Preference will also be given to those who anticipate carrying out the majority of their research at the Wiener Laboratory in Athens. Terms: Grant of $2,000. School fees are to be paid out of the stipend by the recipient. Grant does not include housing or board at the School. A final report is due at the end of the award period, and the ASCSA expects that copies of all publications that result from research conducted at the ASCSA be contributed to the Wiener Laboratory library of the School.
