Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the meeting in San Francisco. The following discounts apply to travel between Nov 16 and Nov 26, 2008 to SFO, OAK and SJC airports:
Airfare Savings: Discounts of up to 5% (American Airlines) or 15% (United Airlines) on applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions may apply.
