Program Participants

Confirmation Letters

All members who submitted proposals for papers, posters, sessions and special events for the AAA Annual Meeting were emailed letters of acceptance or rejection between July 25 and August 15.  If you are a session participant and do not hear about your session by August 15, contact your session organizer. If you submitted an individually volunteered paper/poster, and do not hear by August 15, contact the meetings department at aaameetings@aaanet.org

Registration Refunds

Cancellations received by email or fax by October 15 will be eligible for a refund.  After October 15, registrants are no longer eligible for refunds or credits.  A $35 processing fee is applied against all registration fees refunded.  Registration fees will not be refunded to presenters who cancel their participation on the program.  Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
