1. Introduction
Welcome to the mailing list for the Association for Feminist Anthropologists.
This mailing list is for announcements and discussion relevant to the
AFA. This list is hosted at the University of California at Berkeley and
is administered by an anthropology graduate student, Colleen Morgan, who
can be reached at clmorgan@berkeley.edu
for any questions not covered by this FAQ. For more about the Mailman
mailing list software that this list employs, go to http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/index.html.
2. How do I email the list?
Please send emails to fem-anth-l@lists.berkeley.edu.
Those who wish to send an announcement to the list but are not subscribed
may email clmorgan@berkeley.edu
with a request to forward the announcement. Please include “Post
to AFA” in the subject header, as more ambiguous headers—such
as “Job Offer”—have been binned by my spam program.
3. How do I subscribe?
Go to: https://calmail.berkeley.edu/manage/list/listinfo/fem-anth-l@lists.berkeley.edu
and follow the steps described. If you wish to be subscribed under a different
address, email clmorgan@berkeley.edu
with your request.
4. How do I unsubscribe?
Please go to https://calmail.berkeley.edu/manage/list/options/fem-anth-l@lists.berkeley.edu
and follow the steps described. If you have any problems with unsubscribing,
email clmorgan@berkeley.edu.
5. How do I manage my subscription?
If you have an @berkeley.edu mailing address, you may go to http://lists.berkeley.edu
to login to your account. All subscribers should be able to go to: https://calmail.berkeley.edu/manage/list/options/fem-anth-l@lists.berkeley.edu,
to login to your account subscription.
6. How do I respond to announcements?
Please respond to the individual making the announcement instead of the
whole list, unless your email is of general interest.
