Appalachia Educational Laboratory

Appalachia Educational Laboratory (AEL) serves as the regional educational laboratory for Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.  AEL's work includes a longitudinal study of implementation of the Kentucky Education Reform Act.

ARC Associates is a non-profit organization in Oakland, California which is dedicated to promoting educational excellence and equity for underserved students of diverse backgrounds.
