To join the C&A Section, you first have to apply for the AAA membership. In your application, you can select the C&A Section. See the AAA membership website for details.

C&A MEMBER Listserv

The Culture and Agriculture member listserv (canda_members@binhost.com) is used to alert members to C&A activities, votes on section motions, and specific issues related to section business.

GENERAL Listserv

The Culture_aglist is another listserv or an “electronic mailing list” sponsored by the C&A Section of the American Anthropological Association, and is hosted by the Southern Utah University. This listerv is dedicated to the scholarly discussion on the topic of agricultural anthropology, farming, agricultural issues, forestry, livestock, policy issues pertaining to agriculture, and so forth. We encourage sharing news, conference announcements, calls for papers, and other topics of general interest to C&A members.
