Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts, in article or essay form, should be submitted in 4 hard (paper) copies with 1 electronic copy on disk or CD as a WORD file(s). Manuscripts must be typed doubled spaced. Hard copy should be printed on one side of 81/2" by 11" nonerasable white bond paper. Margins throughout (top, bottom, and both sides) should be about 1.5" (3.7 centimeters), to be used for editorial queries and typemarking. Include as separate sections, and in the following order:

• an abstract of 150 words or less with 5 key words
• a separate title page with complete title and author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), address(es) and phone/e-mail contact(s)
• main body text beginning on a new page and with running head throughout; notes, references, and figure captions each beginning on a separate page following the main text and with continuing running head.

Each table or illustration should be clearly numbered on a separate page. Do not insert artwork into the text, but indicate approximate desired position for any illustrations in the body of the work. Camera ready copy (tiff format) is requested for artwork. All pages of the manuscript should be numbered consecutively.
